1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2010 (Promotional Period),
you may enter one of four (4) ways as follows: 1) Fill out the official Atlantis entry form found at Sponsor sanctioned events,
and hand the completed entry to a Kerzner employee or participating travel industry partner by each drawing periods end date as
indicated in the chart below, to be eligible for that drawing period and any subsequent drawing periods.
2) Mail the completed entry form in a separate hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: The Atlantis Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes,
PO Box 7855, Melville, NY 11775-7855. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of each drawing period, and any subsequent
drawing periods as indicated in the chart below and received by 7 days later, to be eligible for that drawing period and any subsequent
drawing periods. Mechanically reproduced entries are automatically void. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries
become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

and sign up to receive emails by providing the required information, including email address, first name, last name, complete address and date of birth.
4) Register a new email address or confirming an existing email address, along with the additional required contact information, if you have
already provided your email address outside of the Sweepstakes. You may also receive additional bonus entries by: a) Providing answers to the
optional profile questions; b) Referring friends who may be interested in participating or finding out more about Kerzner International Resorts.
Entry will only be earned if the friends email address that is submitted is unique to the Sponsors database and their affiliated brands databases.
You will receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes for completing each item above. Limit one online entry per action listed above, per person.
Limit one mailed/handed in entry per person. Participation acts as each entrants authorization to be included in Sponsors commercial communications,
including email, regarding Atlantis and affiliated brands (i.e., One & Only Resorts) updates and offers.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Kerzner International Resorts, Inc.
(Sponsor) and any of their affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion
agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., any of their
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are
not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply.
3. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND RANDOM DRAWINGS: Grand Prize (4 - one per drawing period): A 4-night getaway for
winner and up to 3 guests at the Royal Towers, Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas (or equivalent), based on one room (quad occupancy).
Includes the opportunity for up to 4 people to participate in shallow water dolphin interactions, round-trip transfers between airport
and hotel, and up to a $125 food and beverage credit per person, per night (ARV: $6,200 each). First Prize (12 – 3 per drawing period):
An Atlantis Flip Video Camera (ARV: $150 each). Second Prize (20 – 5 per drawing period): An Atlantis Beach Towel and Tote (ARV: $50 each).
Grand Prize does not include air transportation. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize
per person/household/email address. All federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable. One Grand Prize winner, 3 First Prize winners
and 5 Second Prize winners per drawing period will be selected in separate random drawings, on or about the second Monday following
each drawing period deadline (as defined below). Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by the end of each
drawing period, by a representative of Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all
matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of each drawing

4.GENERAL RULES: All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail/email and phone. Potential Grand Prize
winners will be required to sign and return via mail an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal)
(or a Declaration of Compliance for Canadian winners) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize or prize notification may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.
Guests of each Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior
to use of prize. Accommodations must be used by date specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain
restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to,
taxes and tips are the winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize winners and their guests, as appropriate, must possess valid travel
documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, passport, etc.) in order to travel. All material submitted becomes the sole property
of Sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name,
biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation,
unless prohibited by law. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused,or claimed to be caused, by participation in this
promotion or use or redemption of prize. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the
decisions of the judges. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be sold and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who
reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. If winner is a
Canadian resident he/she must answer a time limited arithmetic skill testing question as a condition to winning a prize. Winners release
Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and
execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or
acceptance or use of any prize. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of
the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail
address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized
account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the online portion of the sweepstakes is not capable
of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human
error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process,
and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the sweepstakes and award prizes from among all eligible online entries received
prior to cancellation or termination and all eligible mailed/handed in entries received. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to,
or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, illegible, late, mistranscribed, or mutilated entries or for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication, computer online systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other
person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE
