  1. ENTRIES: All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (M.S.T.) on October
    31, 2008. All valid entries will be considered for the Prize, which will be awarded on or
    about November 15, 2008. No purchase necessary to enter or win. You may enter in one
    of two ways:

    • Fill out a 3x5 post card with your name, address and valid email address and send it to

    ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment Services, Inc. dba Lake Powell Resorts and
    Marinas ("Sponsor"), is not responsible for, and may treat as ineligible, incomplete,
    illegible, lost, or misdirected entries, transmission failures or technical failures of
    any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or
    software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online
    entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account entered
    in the registration form. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons
    determined to be in violation of the Official Rules or who are determined to be tampering
    with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. The name of the Prize winner will be available
    beginning 30 days after the winner is chosen and may be obtained by sending a written
    request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the
    time of entry. Employees, shareholders, directors and officers (as well as members of
    their family or persons living in the same household) of the Sponsor or any of their
    subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible.
  3. PRIZE: One (1) winner. The Prize consists of 5 days, 4 nights on a 59" Standard
    Discovery Houseboat. The prize will be chosen by drawing and the sponsor's selection of
    winner will be final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries
    received. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $4880 as of March 1, 2008. Costs
    of transportation to and from Lake Powell Resort, meals, gratuities, gas, waiver of
    liability, damage deposit, taxes, energy surcharges and all other expenses not specified as
    part of the prize package are excluded and are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is
    responsible for all damage to or loss of Sponsor property used by winner. The Prize is
    nonassignable and nontransferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of
    equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any
    taxes on prizes
  4. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, each entrant expressly and fully
    waives, releases and discharges the Sponsor and their subsidiaries and affiliates from and
    against any and all claims, demands, debts, obligations or liabilities of any kind or nature
    whatsoever, arising out of participation in the Contest or any fact or circumstance relating
    to or arising out of the Contest, including, without limitation, acceptance, possession or
    use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages
    related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of
    publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Without limiting the
    generality of the foregoing, in no event will Sponsor or their subsidiaries or affiliates, be
    liable for any consequential, special or punitive damages.
  5. SPONSOR: The Sponsor's decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other
    aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be
    responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules
    or in other materials relating to the promotion. If you have any questions regarding this

  6. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: This Contest, the participation of all participants and the
    awarding of any prize are in all cases and for all purposes shall be subject to and
    subordinate to the requirements of applicable law.
